Little Sister Update

So we have hit the 6 month mark in my pregnancy and eventhough life is crazy busy, we are finding a lot of time to talk about and get excited for little sister! She now has a name (which was way more difficult to decide upon than #1) but it remains a secret, so we call her "sister". Sister is growing and moving up a storm and because of my IUGR (in-uterine growth restriction) with Betsy Grace, we are very closely monitored. I see my regular OB every 2 weeks now and a fetal specialist every 4 weeks and get to have an ultrasound every month, which always makes you feel good to see your little one. Everything is looking good to date, so we are praising God! Betsy Grace doesn't really have a clue about whats on the way. She loves her babies and we spend many hours of the day playing "mommy" but she pays no attention to my growing belly, nor the mention of a little sister :) Someone told me that once you start on the baby's room, big sister starts to get the picture but that project has not yet begun. April is our designated month to get ready, we go to the beach in May for a week and it would be so nice to have everything done by then. Might be wishful thinking but that's our goal :) I feel great and really have no complaints, which I am thankful for because life is nonstop with Betsy Grace...I do get tired at night but then again, I felt the same before pregnancy! I crave candy and goldfish but also find ways to sneak in my healthy foods. I am still doing my Athletic Conditioning class at the Y, with modifications, and I hope to continue until I am told otherwise:) We have a very busy Spring, so hopefully I will stay in this good zone for a couple more months. So that's our update, thank you for your shared excitement and prayers! We can't wait for you to meet Sister, whether in person or on the blog, in July!!!
xoxo
